Midwestern Raised, Grain Finished Beef
We hand cut our steaks from grass fed, grain finished beef, considered by many to be the finest tasting, and most tender beef available for the dinner plate in the United States and all around the world. Renowned for raising the highest quality beef, the Midwest’s cattle are fed a mixed ration. Largely, the cattle is fed grass, but the steers are finished (a few months before harvesting) on a grain-rich diet which results in the sweet, buttery tasting beef that everyone loves.

To ensure that all products meet the highest standards of workmanship, an intense quality control program with multiple levels has been implemented. From product development to the finished packaging, no detail will be overlooked. Six Points is the only meat manufacturer to conduct Internal Quality Audits in the same fashion and using the same USDA Graders employed by DLA to conduct their own Quality Audits.
